What users of the mat are saying...
"Just wanna share the wonderful idea of the ”Shakti Mat”: I`ve used it for about two weeks now, and it just seems to make me relaxed, happy and centered...! I love practical and useful items that can give results quickly! Hohohohoho”

"I have this shakti mat, does wonders sometimes when I start feeling the migraine. I quickly lie down on it(I try to use it daily otherwise), and after 20minutes it's gone. Maybe something you should look into? As it's almost as acupuncture but you only have to pay once, you can use it on your back, neck, stomach etc..I have only used on my back/neck so far. But really, I thought it was bullshit at first but it has really helped. ”

”Now, I'm off to lay on my spike mat. Last night I fell asleep on it. How odd is that, to fall asleep on a bunch of plastic spikes. But people, I tell you, that little mat makes my back and whole body feel so much better. Much more limber. It releases tension. And makes me sleep better. So, let the sleepy Spikey Fairy come and get me... Zzzz.”

” I have been saved! In a spiritual sense that is. My friend have been recommending this spike mat that Indian Yogists have been using for centuries and I was going to try it but never got around to it. This week when we started the CAD-project, I suddenly got some severe pains in my neck area and lower back. It doesn't help that I like sleeping on my tummy either. So, after a few days I couldn't take it anymore and went to get me one of those mats called Shakti Mat (Shakti spikmatta). It's basically an acupressure mat which helps relieve pain in your neck, back and shoulders, for instance. But it also helps you relax.
OH. MY. GOD. It's absolutely amazing. I wasn't sold on it the first night I tried it, coz it does hurt a bit first time. And you're body's not used to it. The next night even John tried it and liked it. But I took it one step further and actually fell asleep on it. That was so cool, but weird. And today my cousin tried it and she loved it as well. So I did some of the other exercises you can use it for, such as lying on the cheeks and belly. It's great! I truly love it! It gives you the most fantastic feeling afterward. Sometimes it gives you sensations that can be a bit uncomfortable like intense heat, pulses and prickling, but it subsides and then afterward it's simply wonderful.
I can go on and on and on about it... Check out the Shakti website . They have English translation as well. I very much recommend it for anyone who has tension in their body and need something to release them as well as endorfins, those feel good hormones. Or for someone who wants to get a better night's sleep. Bloody marvelous!

” I know, looks fully weird! Apparently not uncomfortable at all, though. My friend had a car accident and swears this thing has changed her life - I'm considering getting one and don't even have a bad back!”
