You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Freight and shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and cannot be sent collect on delivery. You are also required to provide adequate packaging to the product to avoid damage. No reimbursements will be obtained otherwise. In addition, you will need to get a reference number to be applied to your item. Please make sure to mention “Returns” in the contact form (see contact page) in order for us to be able to provide you with a reference number and the address for where to send your package.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), but you are required to contact us immediately upon its arrival so that we can provide you with a reference number to be applied to your item before you return it. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
